I ordered online for local pickup at Grivet Outdoors, and the item was ready the same day, which was great. The staff was friendly when they helped me out, but I did end up waiting at the counter for a few minutes without much acknowledgment. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make the process feel a little less dependable than I expected. Overall it was still smooth, and I’d probably use it again, but with slightly lower expectations

I checked out on grivetoutdoors.com and yeah, it was mostly smooth. I found what I needed, added it to the cart, and nothing acted weird or glitchy, which I always appreciate. The shipping options were easy to understand too. I do kind of wish the final total showed up a little earlier though, like before the very last step, just so I knew exactly where things stood. But payment went through without any trouble and the confirmation email came in right away. So overall, good experience… not totally perfect, but definitely easy enough.

I ordered a pair of trail shoes from Grivet Outdoors because they showed my size available, but I was half expecting one of those “sorry, we’re actually out of stock” emails. That never happened though, they shipped the shoes and they were exactly what I ordered. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because the tracking took a little while to update, so for a bit I was wondering if it had really gone out or if... yeah. But the inventory was accurate, and I’d order from them again.
